Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of HR located in Gurugram. The Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include managing HR policies, employee relations, labor and employment law compliance, and HR management. This role involves strategic oversight of the Human Resources department and ensuring smooth HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies
- Expertise in Employee Relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior HR role within a corporate setting
- Certification from HR professional bodies (such as SHRM or CIPD) is a plus
