Marketing Lead

Role & responsibilities :
- Drive the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns using modern marketing practices (digital, social, email, etc.) to increase audience engagement and brand consistency.
- Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and automate customer journeys, orchestrate email/SMS campaigns, and deliver personalized content at scale.
- Collaborate with marketing teams in the US and UK (and other regions) to align campaign strategies and ensure smooth execution across different time zones.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content (emails, landing pages, social posts) ensuring it is on-brand, targeted, and optimized for each audience segment.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and customer data, using insights to refine marketing tactics and improve ROI on an ongoing basis.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends and new Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, recommending innovative approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team on best practices in marketing automation and customer engagement, fostering continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
