Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Vishakhapatnam for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, presenting and promoting our IT rental solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting market research, attending sales meetings, coordinating with the technical support team for seamless delivery, and managing client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Proficiency in Market Research and Lead Generation techniques
- Strong Negotiation and Contract Management abilities
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with IT equipment and infrastructure is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
