Role & responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their requirements and propose suitable lab services.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to build strong professional relationships.
  • Coordinate between clients and the laboratory team to ensure smooth project initiation and acceptance.
  • Promote the labs testing and analytical services to expand market reach and generate new sales leads.
  • Follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and business conversions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good in communication and convincing clients Hindi/English/ Telugu.
  • Can handle meetings and client discussions well.
  • Interested in business growth and new opportunities.
  • Committed to long-term association and growth with the company.
