About the Role:

We are seeking a
Product Manager/Senior Product Manager

with experience in SaaS, particularly in
Order Management Systems (OMS)

, to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our OMS. You'll be responsible for owning the product roadmap, user experience, and go-to-market strategy for our core OMS offering. The ideal candidate excels at solving complex challenges, has a strategic mindset, and delivers impactful solutions. You should be data-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about improving user experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market and ensure their success.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in eCommerce, retail, or supply chain tech, understands complex order orchestration workflows, and can translate customer pain points into scalable product solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build products that deliver operational excellence and superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the OMS platform.
  2. Understand and optimize end-to-end order lifecycle processes (order capture, validation, routing, fulfillment, returns, and cancellations).
  3. Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
  4. Partner with clients, sales, and customer success teams to gather insights and prioritize impactful enhancements.
  5. Define key metrics to measure product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction (e.g., order accuracy, SLA compliance, order cycle time).
  6. Conduct competitive and market research to ensure Omniful's OMS remains best-in-class.
  7. Create detailed PRDs, user stories, and workflows for development teams.
  8. Ensure seamless integration between OMS and other systems (e.g., WMS, POS, ERP, and eCommerce platforms).
  9. Support go-to-market strategy and work closely with internal teams to ensure successful product launches.

Tech Qualifications:

  1. 2–4 years

of product management experience in a tech startup or SaaS environment, with a focus on
Order Management Systems (OMS)

, eCommerce, or Supply Chain.
2. Strong understanding of
order lifecycle management, multi-channel integration, and fulfillment processes

.
3. Experience writing clear PRDs and managing product backlogs in an Agile environment.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency with product analytics and reporting tools.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Familiarity with API-driven platforms, integrations, and omnichannel commerce workflows is a plus.
