Role Overview

The Performance Analyst will deliver timely and accurate performance reports, drive process improvements, and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver performance reports and insights with precision and timeliness.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and compliance.
  • Enhance performance measurement tools and reporting frameworks.
  • Support statutory reporting and bank reconciliation processes.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of real estate concepts and valuation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Power BI / Tableau / QlikView etc
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English.
  • Familiarity with SLA/KPI frameworks and reporting standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate performance analysis and valuation.
  • Exposure to statutory reporting and financial reconciliations.
  • Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
