Position Summary
You will play a key role in the strategic and operational development of the Finance Factory. You will be responsible for optimizing Finance Factory processes as well as contribution to the Finance Excellence. You will work in close collaboration with your Performance Manager but also with different Operational and technical stakeholders.
As part of the Performance Monitoring team, you will contribute to the implementation of performance solutions enabling informed decisions to be made based on reliable indicators, particularly through ergonomic dashboards.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure KPIs and metrics set align with Finance Factory goals and support strategic decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to oversee various financial tasks.
Key Result Areas
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, challenge established practices and propose innovative solutions to optimize the Finance Factory processes.
- Lead and supervise cross-functional projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring coordination between the different teams and partners.
- Use Performance Cockpit and/or Dashboard to analyze Finance Factory divisions performance, identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders ensuring compliance with the Standard Finance Factory Performance Reporting.
- Work closely with management to support strategic decisions and provide detailed reporting on Finance Factory performance.
- Prepare data and data flows and improve data quality.
- Design and implement ergonomic dashboards that meet UX best practices.
- Define and implement data and indicator governance.
- Support the Performance Manager in communicating Finance Factory issues and recommended changes to Finance Factory Managers.
- Analyze competitor and market financial information to provide insight to assist with decision making.
- Track performance against key targets (including dashboard adoption)
- Ensure that reporting is produced in a timely manner, contains reliable information which has been agreed by key stakeholders.
- Highlight trends, key actions, and strategic implications.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to help ensure the Finance Factory is well informed and has a strong voice in the organization.
- Aid in the creation and development of ad hoc financial analysis to assist and support strategic initiatives and business cases.
- Lead scenario modelling to assess risks and aid decision making.
- Actively manage relevant risks within the Finance Factory function.

Finance
Possess a solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with SAP software.
Familiarity with finance processes such as month-end close, reconciliation, and accounting principles.
Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and best practices for reporting solutions.
Innovative and Proactive, always looking for new ideas and solutions to improve processes and optimize performance.
Comfortable with digital tools, proficient in new technologies and have a good understanding of backend infrastructure and APIs.
