Executive - Growth & Retention

We are seeking a Executive - Growth & Retention with hands-on experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer engagement platforms. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensure compliance across communication channels, and contribute to customer retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and In-App messages.
- Work on engagement platforms such as WebEngage or any of these- Infobip, mCarbon, Karix to deliver targeted campaigns.
- Handle RCH (Regulatory Communication Handling) to ensure campaigns adhere to compliance requirements.
- Manage SMS DLT approvals and WhatsApp message whitelisting before campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improving customer retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to implement effective engagement strategies.
- Explore and adopt new platform features to enhance user journeys and personalization.
Requirements
- 2yrs - 4yrs of experience in CRM, campaign management, or customer retention marketing.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like WebEngage or any of these- Infobip, mCarbon, Karix (or similar).
- Familiarity with RCH, DLT, and WhatsApp compliance processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
