About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead / Assistant Manager with strong expertise in US IT Recruitment and Direct Client / BFSI domain hiring. This role requires a people-oriented leader who can manage a team, drive performance, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet business objectives.
  • Manage and handle Direct Clients / VMS / MSP models.
  • Drive daily client interactions, requirements gathering, sourcing strategies, and hiring updates.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruitment SLAs are met consistently.
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and trends.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and campus drives to strengthen employer branding.

Job Requirements

  • 612 years of US IT Recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in team handling.
  • Strong exposure to Direct Client/VMS/MSP hiring models.
  • Expert in Boolean search, sourcing via Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.
  • Strong understanding of various IT/Telecom technologies.
  • Experience with multiple tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Excellent negotiation, pipeline building, and relationship management skills.
  • Go-getter with a track record of quality-focused hiring.
  • Bachelors degree required.
