Role Overview

We're seeking a
Dynamic Digital Marketing Executive
who can handle the
complete 360° digital presence
of BM Elite — from content strategy to lead generation. You'll manage social media, SEO, paid ads, reputation management, and analytics to build a powerful online footprint for our premium healthcare brand.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Develop monthly content calendars and oversee daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.
  • Work with design and video teams to produce premium visuals and reels.
  • Track engagement and optimize reach organically and via paid boosts.

SEO & Website Management

  • Oversee on-page/off-page SEO and ensure top rankings for key procedures.
  • Manage website updates, blogs, and landing pages with strong CTAs.

Performance Marketing

  • Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Optimize for conversions, cost-per-lead, and ROI.

Online Reputation & Brand Monitoring

  • Manage reviews on Google, Practo, Justdial, and other platforms.
  • Respond professionally and uphold a 5-star brand reputation.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Monitor competitors and suggest creative campaigns to stay ahead.

Innovation & Automation

  • Experiment with AI-based marketing tools, CRM automations, and remarketing flows.
  • Stay current with digital trends in healthcare and beauty marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven digital marketing experience (healthcare, beauty, or luxury preferred).
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting.
  • Strong communication, creative storytelling, and analytical skills.
