Role Objective

Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance, cost control, and profitability in a manufacturing environment.

Strengthen internal controls, improve reporting accuracy, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts, ledgers, and financial reporting (MIS, P&L, BS, CF).

Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliance.

Implement cost accounting for raw materials, WIP, and FG.

Oversee MIS, forecasting and variance analysis.

Monitor working capital, receivables, and payables.

Implement and monitor internal controls & ERP modules.

Support Internal Audits and Statutory Audits.
