Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
    : Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, capital budgeting.
  • Accounting & Compliance
    : GAAP, IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, internal controls, auditing, tax planning, risk management.
  • Reporting
    : Financial statements, monthly/quarterly/annual closing, management reporting, SEC reporting.
  • Operational
    : Cash flow management, working capital optimization, cost reduction, process improvement.

Technical and Leadership Skills:

  • Software
    : ERP systems (Home grown system), accounting software (Tally), Microsoft Excel (advanced skills like pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
  • Leadership
    : Team leadership, staff development, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, M&A due diligence.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    MBA in Finance is preferred.
  • Experience:
    2-4 years of experience in a similar finance role.
