Job Responsibilities -

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead a team of inside sales representatives; mentor, train, and support their performance.
  • Set daily/weekly targets and track KPIs such as calls, meetings, conversions, and subscriptions.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s, pipeline reviews, and provide coaching based on performance metrics.

Sales Execution

  • Personally identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead conversion.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and communicate value propositions aligned to business use cases.
  • Achieve personal sales targets in addition to team quotas.

Customer Engagement

  • Engage regularly with leads to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Follow up promptly to inquiries, provide accurate information, and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Ensure customer concerns or objections are handled effectively and professionally.

Internal Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer success, product) for lead nurturing and feedback loops.
  • Ensure timely and effective internal communication related to sales processes, updates, and escalations. Reporting & Analysis
  • Monitor sales metrics, prepare dashboards/reports, and present performance insights to leadership.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for sales strategies or workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and lead generation tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
