Role : Business Development Executive

Location: Pearls Omaxe Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, 7th Floor,701, New Delhi, nearest metro station is Netaji Subhash Place.

Duration : Full Time

Qualification : Candidates with work-experience of 0-2 years in sales and business development in a digital marketing industry are considered along with freshers preferably holding a bachelor's degree preferred or a relevant field.

Timings: 10 AM- 6 PM (Mon-Sat)

CTC Paid : (INR INR 25000)

Work Mode: Work from Office Only.

Joining: Immediate

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales pipeline, and closing deals for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively seek new business opportunities by leveraging networking, generating leads, cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and following up on inbound leads.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing using our CRM system ([e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot]).
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and present customized digital marketing solutions that directly address client pain points and business goals.
  • Proposal & Presentation Development: Create compelling sales proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and successfully close new business deals.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools and content formats.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for trends
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Canva, Instagram Reels, and Google Sheets is a plus
  • A passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn  Strong negotiation, lead generation and sales closing skills.
  • Solid foundational understanding of key digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)
