About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecom Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of telecom products and services, along with proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the telecom sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Promote telecom solutions (e.g., mobile services, broadband, IoT, cloud communication, managed services).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, presales, operations) to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with telecom technologies, regulatory changes, and market developments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in telecom/IT).
  • Strong understanding of telecom services such as mobile networks, broadband, cloud telephony, or IoT.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹80,000.00 per month
