**PMO - Carrier Projects | Telecommunications | 6-Month Contract | Remote (India)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Governance & Compliance** - Ensure that project frameworks adhere to carrier industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and risk management strategies.
- **Stakeholder Management** - Work closely with programme directors, technical leads, and external partners to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and reporting.
- **Financial & Budget Reporting** - Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- **Documentation & Reporting** - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, dashboards, and executive reports for key stakeholders.
- **Process Improvement & Risk Management** - Identify risks, dependencies, and inefficiencies, proposing solutions to enhance project delivery.
- **Change & Issue Management** - Track project changes, ensuring smooth integration into the overall programme structure.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **5+ years’ experience** in a PMO role within the **telecoms industry**, with a focus on **carrier projects**.
- Strong understanding of **programme governance, risk frameworks, and industry compliance standards**.
- Experience managing projects related to **mobile networks, fibre infrastructure, 5G deployment, or enterprise connectivity solutions**.
- Expertise in **financial tracking, reporting, and budget management** for large-scale telecom projects.
- Strong knowledge of **project management tools** such as **MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar platforms**.
- Exceptional **communication and stakeholder engagement skills**, with experience working in **multi-vendor, international environments**.
- Ability to **work independently in a fully remote setup**, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
