Showroom Incharge

We are looking for an energetic and presentable Showroom Incharge to manage our Ernakulam Experience Centre. The person will be the face of our brand, responsible for welcoming clients, explaining our product range, and driving sales leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client Interaction & Showroom Management:

• Greet and welcome visitors to the Experience Centre with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide a guided walkthrough of our services (PEBs, Space Frames, Steel Structures) to prospective clients.
• Identify client needs and connect them with a Technical Team member for complex engineering discussions when required.
• Ensure the Experience Centre is kept presentable and organized at all times.

2. Sales & Lead Generation:

• Actively follow up on inbound leads and inquiries via phone and email.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to architects, contractors, and potential commercial clients to generate new leads.
• Maintain a database of leads and track the status of potential projects.
• Work towards monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

3. Office Administration & Quotations:

• Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks (handling calls, couriers, and general supplies).
• Prepare commercial price quotes and proposals for clients with the support/input of the Operations Team.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation for projects is accurate.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Female Candidates Preffered.
• Language: Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred). Civil/Engineering background is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email) is a must for quote creation.
• Sales aptitude—you should be comfortable picking up the phone and talking to new people.
• Ability to learn technical product details quickly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹22,000.00 per month
