Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a P&L (Profit and Loss) Manager. The P&L Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and developing strategies to maintain and improve profitability. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The P&L Manager will collaborate with various departments to align financial goals and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance
  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations and risk management
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
