Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at By The Bay, located in New Delhi. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations including managing P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer service standards. Additional responsibilities include budgeting and financial planning, hiring and training staff, and organizing events and activities to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in P&L Management and Budgeting
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Hiring and training staff
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • A background in hospitality management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field
