Job description:

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.- Prepare financial statements, monthly MIS reports, and budgets.- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.- Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Prepare and file GST returns, income tax returns, and other statutory filings.- Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure timely compliance.- Assist in labor law compliances and related statutory obligations.- Support external audits, tax assessments, and coordination with tax authorities.

Audit & Controls

  • Collaborate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory norms.- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve performance.- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) or Commerce Graduate with strong accounting background.- 3-4 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance (experience in corporate setup preferred).- Good knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and Labour Laws.- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹60,000.00 per month
