Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and communication-driven
Client Partnership Coordinator (US Market)
to join our Business Development Team. In this role, you will support outreach efforts to potential clients, assist in nurturing relationships, and help identify new business opportunities.This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to client communication, outreach strategies, and CRM management in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This role includes a three-month paid internship, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support partnership outreach efforts through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Identify and research potential clients, partners, and key decision-makers in target US industries.
- Assist in crafting personalized communication, follow-ups, and value-focused partnership messages.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, contacts, and progress in CRM and internal databases.
- Coordinate introductory calls, discovery meetings, and partnership discussions with US-based prospects.
- Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and supporting documents in collaboration with the team.
- Monitor outreach activity, track conversions, and provide weekly performance insights.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to support partnership strategy.
- Contribute ideas to improve outreach quality, engagement methods, and partnership workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for international clients.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outreach tasks.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Interest in client partnerships, communication strategies, and relationship building.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn tools, or outreach automation tools is an advantage.
