Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a fast-paced digital marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is passionate about digital trends, and understands how to build engaging social media campaigns for multiple clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to community interactions, and flag important feedback
  • Support the creation of campaign strategies and contribute creative ideas to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account managers to produce cohesive content
  • Track key performance metrics, compile monthly analytics reports, and suggest improvements
  • Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes
  • Assist in influencer and partnership outreach for client campaigns

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of social media experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
