Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager US Healthcare RCM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US healthcare revenue cycle management, including team handling and performance management. This role demands deep domain knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a passion for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team handling end-to-end US healthcare RCM processes including:

  • Patient registration

  • Eligibility & benefits verification
  • Charge entry
  • Claims submission
  • Payment posting
  • Denial management

  • AR follow-up and resolution

  • Drive daily operational performance and ensure SLA adherence across all metrics (TAT, quality, productivity).

  • Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions, and performance appraisals.
  • Act as the point of escalation for client issues and work cross-functionally to resolve concerns in a timely manner.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce denials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer-specific guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and compliance protocols.
  • Coordinate with onshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM (end-to-end).
  • Must be currently working as a Senior Team Lead or Acting Assistant Manager in a reputed healthcare BPO/KPO.
  • Proven experience in team management, client communication, and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare terminology, payer systems, and revenue cycle workflow.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
