Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cargowise Analyst located in Chennai. The Cargowise Analyst will be responsible for providing support and analysis on Cargowise software, assisting with system configuration and customization, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows. Daily tasks include data analysis, reporting, training end-users, and collaborating with different departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cargowise software and system configuration
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues
• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Transport, and Supply Chain processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Previous experience with ERP systems is a plus
