Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a CargoWise Analyst located in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The CargoWise Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing data within the CargoWise platform, generating reports, troubleshooting issues, and providing support and training to users. The role involves close collaboration with various departments to optimize processes and improve system functionality.

Demonstratable technical knowledge and expertise of CargoWise 1
- Experience of using/Configuring/Troubleshooting these modules
o Registry
o EDI Message
o Tag Rules
o Workflow Templates
o Buffer Management System
o Visual Boards/Acceptability Bands/ Customised Visual Layouts
o [Security] Groups
- Familiarity of these modules to support operators
o Forwarding: Consolidations/Shipments/Transport Bookings
o Schedules: Global Sailing Schedules/Sailing Schedules/Flight Schedules
o Customs: Customs Declarations/Master Bills
o Finance: Receivable Transactions/Payable Transactions/Cash Book/Direct Debit Batches
- Workflow Creation and Troubleshooting
o Tasks
o Milestones
o Triggers
o Scheduled Reports
Amending Document templates
Experience with CargoWise software, including data management, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Transport, or Supply Chain processes is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
