CargoWise Analyst – Chennai (Permanent Role)

Location:
Chennai, India (Onsite / Hybrid) | Up to 10LPA

About the Role:

Organization is expanding , CargoWise team to support ongoing customisations, workflows, and business improvement initiatives. You will work alongside our Systems Manager and Analysts to provide technical expertise, troubleshoot customisations, and deliver optimised solutions within CargoWise One.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd & 3rd line support for CW1 service desk.
  • Customise CargoWise documents, workflows, and automation.
  • Troubleshoot existing configurations (Registry, EDI, Tag Rules, Workflow Templates).
  • Support modules across Forwarding, Customs, Finance & Scheduling.
  • Document all customisations and process changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven technical knowledge of CargoWise One (workflow, EDI, registry, tag rules, buffer management).
  • Experience in workflow creation, milestones, triggers, and scheduled reports.
  • Ability to amend/customise document templates.
  • Familiarity with Freight Forwarding processes is a plus.
  • Degree in Computer Science / IT (or equivalent experience).
  • CargoWise Certified Professional (CCP) preferred.
