Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
- Handle employee relations, address queries, and support grievance redressal.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
- Oversee office administration including vendor management, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and accommodation for employees when required.
- Manage company events, meetings, and other administrative activities.
- Maintain compliance with statutory requirements for office and employee-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR & Administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
