Job Summary

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers deliver complex tech change projects to Adobes largest Enterprise customers as well as working independently.
  • Develop and demonstrate deep domain expertise related to various enterprise environments, use cases, Adobe products and various offerings.
  • Become The TSS Team's Main Subject Matter Expert on Automated User Management.
  • Presenting user management solutions/options, pros and cons, limitations
  • Providing guidance on best practices for LDAP, LDAPS, MSAD, Azure AD, Azure SCIM and The User Management API "UMAPI.
  • Driving/Documenting online discovery sessions with customers to capture their requirements, environment/infrastructure before identifying the appropriate solution and guiding the customer through setup, testing and go-live.
  • Troubleshooting user management issues with The User Management Tool* and the MS Azure Connector to identify and fix issues.

Desired profile:

  • • B.S. or above degree in Computer Science or related technical field

  • • The ability to work alone and as a team.
  • • At least 3 years' experience in an international Enterprise-level customer facing role, ideally in Enterprise Support or as a Technical Consultant.
  • • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • • Excellent level English, experience of working with Enterprise customers. Be comfortable with delivering presentations to larger audiences
  • • Enterprise infrastructure solution architecture experience
  • o Good knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SAML security standards with global identity providers including AADS, ADFS, GoogleID, OKTA , PING
  • o Azure platform experience with related certifications
  • o At least basic knowledge of Python.
  • o Remote software distribution technologies like SCCM/ARD etc. desirable
  • o Windows Application packaging and deployment experience desirable
  • o Windows Virtualisation technologies experience including Citrix, Windows Remote Desktop, App-V, Hyper-V VMware Horizon, Windows Virtual Desktop desirable
