Role Description

  • Support Content Strategy:
    Assist in researching and planning a comprehensive content strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • B2B Content Creation:
    Help craft engaging content for the medical community, including blog posts, summaries of research, and social media content tailored for professionals.
  • B2C Social Media Management:
    Support the creation and scheduling of content for all social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook). Help develop and execute engaging social media campaigns.
  • Content Production:
    Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for the company blog, website, and other marketing materials.
  • Audience Research:
    Conduct research to gain a deeper understanding of the needs and interests of doctors and the general public, enabling the creation of relevant and valuable content.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Help track and analyse content performance using key metrics to inform future content decisions.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure all content is consistent with the overall brand message.
  • Stay Up-to-Date:
    Keep a pulse on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure Reeora's content remains fresh, engaging, and relevant.

Qualifications

  • Content Creation, Content Management, and Copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital content optimisation
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and a good understanding of what makes content perform well.
  • Experience in brand storytelling and content strategy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Previous experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
  • Eagerness to learn
    and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Compensation & benefits

  • 25000 per month, fixed and variable based on content performance annually.
