About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Sales Executive
with hands-on exposure to
ERP software sales
. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ERP systems, client handling, and the ability to identify and convert potential business opportunities. If you're passionate about technology and thrive in a target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP software solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations to showcase ERP capabilities.
  • Understand customer requirements and align them with product features.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Product, and Implementation) for successful client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging ERP technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    6 months of exposure
    in ERP software sales (internship experience will also be considered).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of business processes and ERP functionalities.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation and deal closure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
