- Act as the first point of contact for drivers during the shift.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with route, scheduling, or operational queries.
- Coordinate effectively between drivers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate call logs, incident reports, and resolution records.
- Escalate critical issues to the relevant departments promptly.
- Ensure driver issues are addressed within defined timelines.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.).
- Shift Time: Rotational Shifts
- Days of Working: 6 days during probation and 5.5 days post probation (alternate weekends working)
- Holidays: Only UK Bank Holidays
- Work Mode: On-site (Mohali)
