Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Taking consultations for offline and online clients.
  • Preparing diet plans for the enrolled clients and taking regular follow up with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regular follow-ups with existing customers to drive conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the clients and other internal teams to ensure smooth hand off and service delivery.
Requirements / Skills:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in taking diet consultations, preparing diet charts, providing recipes for different health foods.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone.
  • Organized with the ability to manage follow-ups.
  • Strong goal-orientation and ability to work under targets.
  • Able to work with minimum support, proactive, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Taking orders from upper management and working as per the system requirements.
  • Abiding with the company policies.
  • Ability to work under pressure situations and with multiple clients.
