We are looking for a proactive and energetic Salon Manager at PATHANAPURAM BRANCH who can handle day-to-day operations efficiently and maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and capable of managing staff, sales, and overall salon performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Supervise staff, assign duties, and maintain discipline.
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide excellent service.
  • Monitor bookings, walk-ins, and ensure proper client handling.
  • Manage inventory, product ordering, and stock control.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Track sales, achieve monthly targets, and implement marketing ideas.
  • Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and salon guidelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service.
  • Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making.
  • Good knowledge of salon services and trends.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
  • Basic computer skills (billing, spreadsheets, booking tools).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in salon/retail/hospitality management.
  • Candidates with strong retail or customer care background can also apply.
