ABOUT THE COMPANY

Kryon Technology Pvt. Ltd. (iLabs Group) is building India's next-generation integrated electronics manufacturing platform for PCBA and motor controllers. Our portfolio spans AC indoor/outdoor controllers, BLDC motor controllers, remotes, IoT gateways, routers, STBs and networking devices. We are setting up a high-speed SMT + assembly facility in Sri City supported by a strong design & sourcing ecosystem. As a fast-scaling 0→1 organization, we are looking for hands-on leaders who can build systems, teams and capabilities from scratch in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Growth Analyst will evaluate new electronics product opportunities by conducting market research, competitive analysis, BOM cost assessments, product feasibility evaluations, demand projections and business model recommendations. This role supports senior management decisions regarding new product launches in categories such as AC controllers, BLDC motor controllers, remotes, routers, IoT devices, sensors, and STBs. A strategic and analytical thinker is required—someone who can structure data, extract insights, benchmark competition, work cross-functionally with engineering and sourcing, and prepare business cases for investment decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Identify emerging technologies and high-growth product categories in electronics and EMS.


• Conduct detailed market sizing, competitor benchmarking and technology landscape studies.


• Analyze import/export data, domestic production trends and India manufacturing gaps.


• Evaluate potential new products using BOM breakdowns, process routing, machinery needs and production complexity.


• Build techno-commercial feasibility models, including capex, opex, pricing, EBITDA potential and ROI.


• Assess unit economics, contribution margins and scalability factors for selected product lines.


• Study competitor products, dismantle units (teardowns), and benchmark features and cost structures.


• Work with sourcing to evaluate component availability, cost trends and localization feasibility.


• Support engineering/NPI teams by providing market insights related to design and feature requirements.


• Prepare GTM recommendations for leadership, including target customer segments and positioning.


• Prepare detailed presentations and reports for senior management including risks, opportunities and timelines.


• Track global trends in IoT, controllers, consumer electronics and networking.


• Maintain an internal research repository and product evaluation database.


• Collaborate with sales, R&D and manufacturing for end-to-end new product introduction alignment.

REQUIREMENTS


• Strong analytical skills with ability to work on structured data and financial models.


• Understanding of BOMs, component categories and electronics manufacturing basics.


• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and secondary research tools.


• Strong report writing, presentation and communication abilities.


• Prior experience in strategy, consulting, market research or product analysis preferred.


• Ability to interpret technology trends and convert them into actionable recommendations.


• Curiosity, structured thinking and problem-solving aptitude.

QUALIFICATIONS


• MBA or B.Tech (preferred).


• Experience in electronics/telecom/EMS domains an advantage.
