Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Operation Associate in the Germany Premium Product Vertical at Leverage. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include executing operational processes, optimizing workflows, and managing customer inquiries to achieve the company's service excellence standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations and process management
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration and relationship-building
- Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution
