Operational and financial duties

  • Oversee all F&B operations: Manage restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet facilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage budgets and finances: Monitor revenues and expenses, control costs, and manage payroll and budgets to achieve financial goals.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing: Control stock, manage inventory levels, and handle the purchasing of food and beverage products while negotiating with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance: Maintain all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.

Staff and customer management

  • Lead and develop staff: Recruit, train, and schedule staff, and provide performance management to build a motivated team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction: Implement strategies to provide excellent customer service, handle complaints professionally, and build relationships with guests.
  • Manage service quality: Set service standards and ensure the quality of food, presentation, and service meets the highest standards.

Strategic and administrative duties

  • Menu planning and development: Work with chefs to create and develop new menus and dishes.
  • Event planning: Organize catering and events, negotiate with clients for facility use, and assist with marketing promotions.
  • Reporting: Provide management with reports on sales results, productivity, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
