Role : We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager/ Sr. Manager/ AGM to drive our commercial vehicle (CV) marketing strategy. This B2B leadership role requires 10+ years of industry experience to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and capture market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement robust, data-driven B2B marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and sales targets.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs (e.g., fleet owners, logistics companies, construction sectors), and new market opportunities.
  • Brand & Product Positioning: Enhance brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all channels, developing strong value propositions for new and existing products (e.g., specific CV parts or systems).
  • Lead Generation: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including digital marketing , content creation, events, and trade shows.

Budget Management & ROI: Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI, tracking performance metrics (KPIs) and adjusting strategies as necessary.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture and providing guidance for professional growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with substantial experience in a managerial role within the commercial vehicle industry
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required; an MBA is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms , data analytics tools, and digital advertising platforms.
