Telecaller & Customer Onboarding Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller and Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers through telecalling to promote our services and effectively onboard them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to inform them about our products and services.

- Build rapport with potential customers and address their inquiries effectively.

- Successfully onboard new customers by guiding them through the registration and setup process.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and develop strategies for customer acquisition.

- Provide feedback to management regarding customer responses and market trends.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
