Responsibilities: Lead Generation II Cold Calling

  • Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince and sell the company's products and services
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in Excel or CRM Software.
  • Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance
  • Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and follow-up to ensure action has been taken
  • Understand Customer needs and provide suitable solutions to meet their requirements.

We prefer Candidate with 0-2 years of experience in Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
