As a TeleSales Executive you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and expanding our customer base You will learn valuable sales and communication skills while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products services Build and maintain strong positive relationships with prospective clients Understand customer needs address their questions and provide product information effectively Identify and generate sales leads through cold calling market research and other lead-generation methods Work closely with the sales team to nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead details in our CRM system Assist in creating sales materials and presentations Learn and implement effective sales techniques and strategies Receive training and coaching from experienced sales professionals Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns Requirements To excel in this role you should possess the following qualifications and qualities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges A positive attitude enthusiasm and a passion for sales Excellent organisational and time management skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus A goal-oriented mindset and the drive to achieve targets Willingness to work in a team-oriented collaborative environment An understanding of our products services and the ability to articulate their value to potential clients Qualifications Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recently graduated Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software training will be provided Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Positive and goal-oriented mindset Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work from home Ability to commute relocate Dombivli Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Can you join immediately Experience B2B sales 1 year Required Language English Required Location Dombivli Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
