This position will cover all activities related to receiving, warehousing, Customs/trade compliance and physical distribution of material.

• Carry out activities related to material receiving, storing, issuing, tracking in timely and error-free manner in accordance to approved procedures.
• Understand needs of functional teams, shipper, distribution sites to ensure smooth movement of goods and establish preventive measures.
• Work closely with consultant and authorities to obtain relevant approval for the importation and exportation of goods in-line with set procedures and processes.
• Collaborate with the consultants and service providers to ensure the smooth access to approvals, licenses from authorities.
• Collaborate cross functions like R&D, Sourcing, finance etc. to ensure smooth functioning of warehouse activities.
• Generate accurate and timely measurable, report and metrics as required by cross functional teams and authorities e.g. R&D leadership, Customs, Procurement etc.
• Available on-site to deal with issues regarding shipments, warehousing and official visits from various authorities.
• Consistently look for process improvement.
• Maintain attendance register as part of the warehouse compliance requirement.
• Monitor & ensure that storage conditions meet the specific requirements for the products.
• Oversee the proper tracking of inventory using appropriate system to ensure traceability.
• To ensure proper documentation (signing off on invoices) & record keeping complying with the requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse processes in coordination with quality team to maintain quality standards.

In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
