About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

2. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, ledger maintenance, and journal entries.

3. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconcile bank statements.

4. Support in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

5. Assist with budget preparation and expenditure tracking.

6. Coordinate with vendors, parents, and departments regarding fee payments and financial queries.

7. Provide support during internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of accounting experience (freshers with strong academic records may also apply).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
