About the Role

We are looking for a
People Experience (HR) Manager
who can drive
innovation, culture, and employee experience
at Virtuos/Indic Digital. As we are growing at
2X year-on-year
and aiming for
10X growth in the next three years
, we need a leader who can
double our workforce annually
while maintaining a vibrant, high-performance, and innovative culture.

This role is not just about HR — it's about

Qualifications

  • Graduate with
    MBA (HR specialization compulsory)
    from a well-known university.
  • Strong academic foundation in HR leadership, organization behavior, and people management.
  • 5–10 years of experience in progressive HR roles.
  • Prior
    IT/Software/Services industry recruitment experience
    is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Growth

  • Lead recruitment with support from HR Executives and recruiters.
  • Use
    AI-driven hiring tools
    (video interviews, automated screening, analytics) to identify top talent.
  • Build and scale teams to
    double employee strength each year.
  • Attract, hire, and retain
    IT and digital services talent.

Culture, Coaching & Engagement

  • Champion a
    creative and innovative culture
    across the organization.
  • Design and implement
    employee engagement programs
    that enhance morale and collaboration.
  • Foster a culture of
    constant learning, coaching, and development.
  • Drive adoption of policies that uplift culture and productivity.

Employee Experience & Wellbeing

  • Elevate
    Employee Experience (EX)
    through digital dexterity, automation, and analytics.
  • Implement
    balanced scorecards, OKRs, and performance management systems
    combining track record and potential metrics.
  • Launch
    tour-de-force programs
    to provide
    longitudinal benefits
    to employees, not just short-term perks.
  • Drive
    eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score)
    to world-class levels by engaging current and past employees.

Leadership & Organizational Design

  • Partner with company leadership to shape a
    conducive, healthy, and high-performing workplace.
  • Build strong HR leadership frameworks for scaling rapidly.
  • Create
    buffer capacity
    in teams to ensure smooth project continuity during employee transitions.
  • Strengthen
    succession planning
    and leadership pipeline.

Learning & Performance Development

  • Deploy
    E-learning tools, advanced workforce management, and analytics platforms.
  • Promote continuous learning culture with
    AI, digital tools, and smart automation.
  • Implement
    360-degree feedback mechanisms
    and coach managers to develop high-performing teams.

Compliance & Ethical Standards

  • Ensure all HR policies comply with
    legal and ethical standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality, fairness, and transparency in all employee relations.
