About the role:

Are you a strategic HR professional with a passion for driving performance through exceptional employee experiences? As a Senior People Partner, you'll play a leading role in shaping and delivering our Company-wide People Plan while partnering with managers across the business to enable high performance. You'll act as a trusted advisor, coach, and change leader, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on support. Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial objectives
  • Drive employee satisfaction and performance through targeted initiatives
  • Build leadership capability and support team development
  • Act as the primary People contact for designated business areas
  • Provide legally sound, pragmatic advice and manage risk effectively
  • Mentor and support other People Partners, acting as an escalation point
  • Collaborate with People Services and Talent teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact
  • Champion elements of the People Plan, such as leadership development
  • Lead improvement initiatives and manage delivery plans and communications
