Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Legal Advisory & Documentation
Draft, review, and audit contracts, agreements, and legal documents including NDAs, SLAs, MoUs, and vendor/customer agreements.
Provide legal opinions and strategic advice on business transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
Assess contractual obligation, Risk analysis and reporting.
Dashboard development for risk assessments.
Support dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration, and mediation processes.
Compliance Management
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal compliance programs and controls.
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies (e.g., AML, GDPR, FCPA).
- Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to identify non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
Regulatory Affairs
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external legal counsel for filings, inspections, and legal proceedings.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the business and ensure timely implementation.
Training & Awareness
- Conduct training sessions for employees on legal and compliance topics, including ethics, anti-bribery, and data protection.
- Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior across departments.
Contract & Customer Management
- Oversee customer onboarding and vetting processes, including contract review and negotiation.
- Maintain contract repository and ensure timely renewals and compliance tracking.
Experience:
8 - 10 Years
Education:
LLB, Master's degree or certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM)
