As a Sales Support Officer ; your role is focused on supporting the sales team by acting as a bridge between potential clients and the Sales Team. The responsibilities include tap the inquiries ; identifying and qualifying leads, convert inquiries into hot prospects and pass the lead to Sales team for further closure. The aim is to improve the overall sales process and win rates. Key responsibilities

The Incumbant will be responsible for the school's financial management, which includes overseeing daily transactions, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role is crucial for supporting the school's operations and strategic planning. Key responsibilities

  • Financial reporting: Accurately maintain the school's books of accounts, including ledgers for fees, creditors, and other accounts. Prepare financial statements like balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
  • Budget management: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and termly forecasts, monitoring performance and reporting on budget progress.
  • Transaction management: Process daily financial transactions, manage payroll, and handle invoices and payments.
  • Compliance: Ensure the school adheres to all financial regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Strategic support: Provide financial information and advice to support decision-making for the headmaster, bursar, and other management.

Qualifications and skills

  • CA Inter
  • Experience as an accountant in Education Industry
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively

Job Location : Vasundhara, Ghaziabad.

Work Timings: Monday to Saturday; 9:30 am to 6 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹70,500.62 per month
