Merisis Advisors is a boutique investment bank with deep expertise across Technology, Consumer, and Financial Services. We are expanding into Advanced Manufacturing — covering Space Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Electronics, EVs, and related sectors — and seeking a driven AVP / VP to help build and scale this practice

Key Responsibilities:

* Originate and execute M&A and capital-raising mandates in Advanced Manufacturing.

* Develop and manage senior client relationships across sub-sectors.

* Lead deal teams and contribute to building the firm's manufacturing franchise.

* Collaborate with the technology team to deliver integrated advisory solutions.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:

* 6–10 years of Investment Banking experience, preferably in Manufacturing or Industrial sectors.

* Proven track record in M&A and/or capital raising.

* Strong execution, analytical, and client management skills.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently grow a vertical with P&L responsibility
