  • SOFTWARE SKILLS INCLUDE PROFICIENCY WITH CAD SOFTWARE.
  • INTEGRATION SKILLS TO ENSURE THAT ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, MEP AND CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS WORKS SEEMLESSLY.
  • FAMILIARITY WITH BUILDING BYLAWS AND REGULATIONS.
  • HANDLING BPMS DRAWINGS IS A PLUS.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • COMMITMENT TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT.
  • KNOWLEDGE OF SKETCHUP, 3D MAX AND ENSCAPE IS A PLUS.
