Why We're Hiring

We are hiring a Senior Front-End Architect to lead engineering execution across our paid media funnels.

This person will own the front-end stack: landing page builds, tracking logic, performance optimization, and rapid test deployment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Architect to take full ownership of paid media funnel performance.

This is a senior-level engineering role embedded within a marketing team.

  • Build and optimize fast-loading, mobile-first landing pages using React and Next.js.
  • Create and manage reusable codebases for high-volume ad campaign deployment.
  • Own tracking integrations including GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Tik Tok Pixel.
  • Integrate lead capture and Authorize.net forms, ensuring consistent conversion paths.
  • Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals.
  • Capture and persist UTMs, session data, hidden field values, and cookie handling for accurate attribution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 6+ years front-end experience with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Supported $1 M+/Month in paid traffic across landing pages or conversion systems.
  • Direct experience integrating event tracking with GA4, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and Tik Tok Pixel.
  • Proven experience building or managing mobile-first funnel infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with attribution troubleshooting, event QA, and UTM capture.
  • Strong communicator with experience working in async, remote environments.
Preferred Skills

The following skills are not required but desirable:

  • Experience with session replay tools like Hotjar or Post Hog.
  • Familiarity with landing page frameworks, rapid testing systems, or component libraries.
  • Experience leading or mentoring devs in performance marketing settings.
