Job Summary: The Kraken Configuration Specialist will be responsible for configuring and customizing Kraken solutions for our clients in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy industry, along with hands-on experience in implementing Kraken for at least 2-3 clients. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Kraken solutions to meet client-specific requirements in the energy sector.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation process.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using Kraken solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the configuration and implementation phases.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Kraken and the energy sector.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 -6 years of experience in configuring and customizing Kraken solutions.
  • Proven experience working with at least 2-3 clients in the energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of the energy industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with blockchain technology and digital asset management.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
